How long is my gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You’ll find the current validity period specified in the information sent with the digital gift card.
How can I see how much money I have left?
You can view the card balance further up on the page (under the list of transactions).
Will members receive Spenn for hotel stays when using a gift card?
Absolutely! You’ll earn Spenn as normal when you stay with us, as long as you book while logged in to your member profile. For every night you stay with us, you’ll get 3 Spenn per 10 kr spent (SEK/NOK/DKK) and 3 Spen per euro. If you forget to log in at the time of booking, you can provide your membership number when you check in at the hotel.
Do I need to be a member to use my gift card?
While you certainly don’t need to be a member to use your gift card, we do recommend you to join. As a member, you’ll get an overview of all your bookings and stays – PLUS you’ll earn Spenn!
What happens if I don’t have time to use my gift card before the expiry date?
Gift cards that have been accidentally deleted can, under certain circumstances, be replaced. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
What shall I do if I can’t find my digital gift card in my email inbox?
It is unfortunately not possible to extend the validity period of your gift card. If you are running out of time, our top tip is to book an experience in your hometown, or treat yourself to a luxurious staycation!
