These venues are ideal for seminars, presentations, conferences and various other events, and we are happy to tailor a solution to suit your needs. Sundsvall is an increasingly popular destination for conference guests, and that is certainly no surprise, since it is located just 3.5 hours from Stockholm on the X2000 train and 40 minutes by plane. We are also more than happy to assist with congress services, travel arrangements, speakers and entertainment. Through our partners, we can offer a congress booking service where your conference gets its own website detailing the programme and booking arrangements such as travel and hotel rooms, as well as invoicing and feedback. We strongly recommend you to try this service as a means of cutting administration work. In short, it is an extremely efficient way of managing a conference!

For big events, we've got the venues to match. Host your keynote speech in Folkan, a flexible hall with up to 354 seats. Or hold your banquet or gala dinner at the upstairs room Aveny, which opens up for between 100 and 600 guests.
Book a lecture or keynote speech in Tunnbindaren, Svea, Apotekeren or Saga, our medium-sized rooms with capacities ranging from 100 to 180. We can provide an audio-visual technician to get you all set up and ready to go.
Our smallest rooms can host between 2 and 60 people, whether you're planning an intimate one-to-one meeting or a seminar. We supply whiteboards and stationery for brainstorming and there are projectors for your presentations.
We offer two options with salad and soup for a buffet lunch and bespoke three-course menus for dinner.
