Our 4 conference rooms with a capacity of 114 people make us a great choice for business travelers in the northern Sweden. We know that a professional event needs great planning, so our facilities are tailored to perfectly suit your requirements.
We offer free access to our brand new gym, open 24 hours a day and equipped with treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes and more. Guests are welcome to unwind in our hotel sauna and hot tub for a small fee. Our partner Aqua Spa is also located within the hotel – treat yourself to a pampering session after the day’s work by booking massages, facials and mani-pedis with experienced and friendly staff.
We understand that it’s important to keep energy levels high during your event, so we provide you with a well-stocked breakfast buffet full of delicious organic options. Our restaurant Verandan serve an à la carte dinner menu brimming with international and local flavours, all overlooking the beautiful Skellefteå Stadspark.

Helping you to organise your conference is important to us – we provide the planning to best support you. Our 4 rooms are equipped with all the standard technologies, and we offer TV, video, speaker phone and audio equipment at no extra cost.
Our medium-sized meeting rooms, Nordlander and Sidenmark, provide bright and modern conference facilities.
These rooms can accommodate between 30-60 people with theatre seating. If you prefer, we can even change to layout of the room with horseshoe, classroom or island seating. Nordlander is equipped with all the latest technology for smart video meetings, while Sidemark features wireless microphones. Both rooms feature large modern screens and excellent sound equipment.
Our smallest rooms are Nyhamn and Båtvik, which seat 10 and 12 respectively. Their sophisticated yet snug style is well-suited for intimate meetings and close-knit events, where small groups can discuss big things.
We serve a buffet breakfast with organic produce, as well as plenty of healthy foods in our Barception. We also collaborate with nearby restaurants, providing affordable and delicious dining experiences. Ask us for more information and directions!
