Clarion Hotel Malmö Live is the latest addition to the city's skyline and with a 1,500-seater convention hall, over 20 state-of-the-art meeting rooms and a huge exhibition space, it is Malmö's leading conference centre.
Clarion Hotel Malmö Live is Malmö's premier venue and meeting point, located right in the centre of the city. With our huge convention hall and 22 different meeting rooms, there's plenty of choice when organising your event with us.
Rising 85 metres into the sky, Clarion Hotel Malmö Live is impressive on both the outside and inside. We are handily located right next to the central station so you'll have no problem finding us no matter where you're coming from. We're just a few steps away from the Lilla Torg square where you'll find shops, restaurants and bars to keep you entertained during breaks in your conference schedule.
Our 1,500-seat convention hall is the largest facility of its kind in Malmö but we also have 22 meeting rooms of varying sizes so whatever your event, we can find a solution that meets your specific requirements. We're also next door to the Malmö Live Concert Hall and together the two venues combine to form a vibrant hub of business, entertainment and culture in the heart of the city.
After the working day is over you can work out in the gym, enjoy a drink and something to eat in our spectacular restaurant and sky bar, or just explore the surrounding area. With Malmö Castle within walking distance and Copenhagen less than an hour away, you're spoilt for choice when you stay with us.
Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live has 23 flexible and state-of-the-art conference rooms, easily adapted to the individual requirements of your meeting. Our magnificent convention hall accommodates 1,500 people.
High Live, our impressive convention hall, is located on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 1,500 people including 500 on the balcony. The hall can also be divided up into four smaller sections if you do not require the whole space.
Our flexible meeting rooms can easily be adapted to suit your needs. It's no problem to open up and close off different sections as required. Our rooms for larger groups are located on the first and second floors. Some of the rooms have daylight.
Since the rooms are flexible in size, they can be adapted to everything between 95 to 500 square metres.
The seating in our medium-sized meeting rooms can be arranged in various different ways to suit your specific needs, with a total capacity for up to 60 people. The rooms are located on the first floor in the Live conference area of the hotel.
These rooms are also ideal as breakout rooms for large conferences.
Our range of meeting rooms includes seven smaller rooms for up to 25 people. These rooms are ideal for board meetings and are located on floors 4 and 5. Each room has fixed furnishings, and features unique and creative design, with partial daylight.
Food and beverages are an important part of your whole conference experience. We offer a wide range of food and beverages here at the Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live with customised packages, such as Let’s Go Crazy Green.
