Experience Oslo's newest district by staying at the Clarion Hotel Oslo – the city's newest hub for art, culture and entertainment. The facilities are sure to meet your expectations when it comes to hosting modern meetings and events.

The hotel has 255 rooms featuring wonderful suites and conference facilities for up to 1,200 people. The spacious conference centre covers 2,080 sqm and is spread over an entire floor of the hotel.

The largest venue can accommdate up to 400 people with theatre seating or 200 seated dinner guests. For smaller meetings, we offer six state-of-the-art boardrooms. In addition to this, guests can also make use of our well-equipped gym, as well as our very own art space, Sketch, that has a world-class art collection and can be hired for private events. Sketch is also ideal for vernissages or product launches as part of a trade fair.

The Agora venue can accommodate up to 400 people with theatre seating, making it ideal for large events, conferences and gala dinners or banquets. Facilities include three screens and a professional sound and lighting system.

The space can also be divided into three smaller venues if required.

The stage is extremely flexible as it is built from interconnected modules.

We have two large conference rooms that are 80 sqm and 100 sqm respectively. The larger room can be divided into two spaces if required.

With the exception of our largest venue Agora and one small boardroom, all our conference spaces have large windows that allow in plenty of natural light. All the rooms are located on the second floor of the hotel and offer state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment. During breaks, conference guests can enjoy refreshments as they explore our art exhibition - a great way to relax the mind during a long day!

Our most luxurious boardroom INK offers fabulous views of the Oslo Opera House. The INK room is equipped with comfortable leather chairs and a lovely conference table, as well as a large Samsung LED screen with ClickShare or HDMI connectivity, a modern glass whiteboard and video conferencing equipement.
