There are nine modern conference rooms, each fully equipped with brand new equipment including sound systems and projectors. Rooms are air–conditioned and all have access to complimentary WiFi, keeping you connected and concentrating.
Mustad is the largest of all our conference rooms, fitting up to 240 people. This room is fitted with a stage so is particularly good for large-scale presentations. The seating plan in the room can be arranged for whatever your event needs.
Niels Ødegaard, Mustad 1 and Mustad 2 are medium-sized conference rooms that can seat 70, 110 and 140 people respectively. Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Seating plans can be rearranged depending on the conference type.
Mjøsen is the smallest of our nine rooms, seating up to 16 people. This room is ideal for board meetings as well as classroom workshops, with a table and boardroom-style chairs. Notepads and pens are provided to jot down those moment of inspiration.
Snacks including fruits, pastries, ice cream and popcorn as well as coffee, tea and water are provided throughout the conference free of charge. These little snacks are the perfect things to nibble on for a boost of energy during the day.
