Torgeir Silseth, Chief Executive Officer

Torgeir started his career with Strawberry at Quality Hotel™ Hafjell, where he was Managing Director from 1991-1996. He then worked as Director of Operations Scandinavia until 1999, before being appointed as Vice President. He took over as CEO of Strawberry in 2006. Torgeir is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Hotel Management in Stavanger.

Bjørn Arild Wisth, Deputy CEO

Bjørn Arild Wisth has served as Deputy CEO of Strawberry since 2013. He is responsible for the group’s overall strategy development, commercial services such as sales and distribution, as well as all shared services provided to the company’s 250 hotels and more than 20,000 employees.
Before joining Strawberry, Wisth spent over 15 years in management consulting, most recently as Managing Partner at Hartmark Consulting. As an advisor, he primarily worked with business development, strategy, and leadership for both Norwegian and international companies — including several years in oil-producing countries in Africa. Wisth holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo and the University of Wales.

Katalin Paldeak, Chief Operating Officer, Full Service

Katalin has extensive experience of the hotel industry, having held positions at a variety of hotels including the Hotel Diplomat and Good Morning Hotels. She was CEO of Grand Hôtel in Stockholm from 2001-2003, and previously served as General Manager there. Katalin has worked at Strawberry since 2004, notably as Vice President of Clarion Hotel® from 2005-2014. Katalin is a graduate of the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg, and has also studied at IFL and Cornell University in the United States.

Henrik Berghult, Chief Operating Officer, Luxury/Lifestyle

Henrik has enjoyed a long career within the hotel industry, having been Director of Purchasing at the international Rezidor Hotel Group, in addition to holding several leading operative roles in both Sweden and Norway at Norlandia Hotels & Resorts. Henrik has been with Strawberry since 2013, most recently serving as Director of Operations for Clarion Hotel® in Sweden. Henrik studied Service Management at the University of Lund and Management at Cornell University in the United States.

Trine Lise Marsdal, Chief Financial Officer

Trine is an economics graduate and certified accountant from the BI Norwegian Business School. She has extensive experience of working as a consultant within governance, controlling and process management. She joined Strawberry in 2016, having previously served as CFO of Optimera in Norway.

Eirik Bogsnes, Chief Operating Officer, Limited/Select Service

Eirik has more than ten years' experience of operational leadership at Schibstedt, Amedia and TV2. Prior to joining Strawberry in 2016, he managed A-pressen's operations in Russia, and served as Executive Vice President of Amedia with a responsibility for digital strategy and development. Eirik is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.

Daniel Stenbäck, Chief Development Officer, Business Development

Daniel has more than 20 years' experience of hotels and travel in the Nordics. He has previously served as CEO of First Hotels, Senior Vice President of Nordic Hotels & Resorts, Managing Director of the Clarion Hotel® Post and Managing Director of Gothia Towers.

Carl Oldsberg, CCO, Commercial Services

Carl has more than 20 years of experience from the hotel and travel industry. He has previously worked at Choice Hotels International, where he was in charge of the franchise business outside the United States with 1,300 hotels in more than 30 countries. Before that he was VP Revenue & Distribution at Strawberry. Carl is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Fredric Landell, CPO, Strawberry Project Management

Fredric joined Strawberry in 2020 and has been working with hotel properties since 2003. He has previously worked with ÅF and Synerco Facilities Management, and since 2007 has also been running his own companies Campdio Fastighetsförvaltning and Vimini Projektledning och Fastighetsförvaltning. Fredric holds an MSc in Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Kari Anna Fiskvik, Chief Digital & Technology Officer

Kari Anna Fiskvik har over 25 års ledererfaring innen teknologi, forretningsutvikling og logistikk. Hun har jobbet i Strawberry siden 2020, og leder arbeidet med digital innovasjon og teknologiutvikling. Kari Anna har lang erfaring med å bygge og lede større team, og har tidligere hatt rådgivende roller som konsulent og prosjektleder. I 2025 ble hun kåret til International CIO of the Year og hun er tidligere kåret til en av Top 50 Women in Tech i Norge. Hun er utdannet ved Handelshøyskolen BI og Insead.

Fredrik Blomberg, Chief Operating Officer, Resort

Fredrik Blomberg har vært i hotell- og restaurantbransjen hele livet. Han har jobbet i Strawberry siden 2011, da han startet som Food & Beverage Manager ved Clarion Hotel Post i Gøteborg. Derfra gikk han videre til rollen som driftssjef og senere administrerende direktør på hotellet. I 2018 fikk han ansvaret for å etablere og lede en sentral F&B-organisasjon for selskapet. I 2025 gikk Fredrik inn i sin nåværende rolle som Chief Operating Officer for Resort Brands. Fredrik har tidligere bodd ti år i Spania, hvor han drev egen restaurant og jobbet for Ritz-Carlton innen F&B. Han er utdannet siviløkonom og har studert hospitality management i USA.

Josefin Ligné, Chief Service Officer, Hotel Services

Josefin Ligné startet sin hotellkarriere som tenåring, og allerede som 22-åring ble hun hotellsjef ved det som i dag er Quality Hotel™ Arlanda XPO. Fra 2007 hadde hun en rekke lederroller i Clarion og var med på å åpne flere hoteller for kjeden. Gjennom årene har hun fått «svart belte» i hotellåpninger etter å ha åpnet mer enn 30 hoteller i konsernet. Fra 2009 til 2015 var hun sentral i utviklingen av Clarion-konseptet, og siden har hun hatt ansvar for hele hotellporteføljen til Strawberry. Hun har også vært ansvarlig for konsernets årlige Vinterkonferanse siden 2015. Parallelt med jobben har Josefin utdannet seg til å bli markedsøkonom.
